2014 Guidelines for College-Bound High School Students

 

Purpose of Student Opportunity Grant for College-Bound Seniors

 

Grants to supplement tuition for 4-year college, community college or technical institute

Grants to support continued education summer programs

Information that Must Accompany the Completed Application

 

Copy of student grant application and student essay that includes bio outlining qualifications, high

 

 

Principal or teacher recommendation highlighting why student should be awarded an FEO grant and

 

 

Confirm that the parents will offer permission for members of the FEO governing board to meet

 

Guidelines to Schools Requesting Grant

 

Schools submitting a grant request for a student(s) must be a current member of the

 

 

   Note: The Forum for Educational Options governing board reserves the right to set aside a portion of

 

 

Grant awards will be sent directly to the school for distribution to the student. No grant funds will
